With a background in ministry and leadership, he collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and families to ensure that every decision aligns with our mission. Luis believes that education is a form of discipleship, and he’s passionate about equipping students to impact their world for Christ.

Adam oversees curriculum and instruction across all grade levels, ensuring academic excellence is woven together with Biblical truth. With experience in both teaching and school leadership, he understands what it takes to challenge students intellectually while nurturing their spiritual growth. Adam is committed to hiring exceptional teachers and creating learning experiences that prepare students for their next steps.

Melissa ensures that the day-to-day operations of WCS run smoothly, allowing teachers to focus on what they do best: teaching and mentoring students. From coordinating schedules to managing communications, her attention to detail and organizational expertise help create a well-ordered environment where learning flourishes.

Anna leads WCS’s advancement efforts, building relationships with donors, alumni, and community partners who share our vision for Christian education. Her work ensures that WCS can continue to grow and enhance programs that serve students and families well.

With a background in law enforcement and leadership, Timothy prioritizes the physical and emotional safety of every student on campus. He works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a secure learning environment, ensuring families have peace of mind.

Lori has dedicated her career to early childhood education, and her love for elementary-aged students is evident in everything she does. She knows that these foundational years shape how children view learning, relationships, and their place in God’s world. Lori and her team create a nurturing environment where young learners develop strong academic skills while growing in their faith.

Nathan understands the unique challenges and opportunities that middle school presents. With extensive theological training and years of experience in Christian education, he helps students navigate these pivotal years with confidence and grace. Nathan is passionate about discipling middle schoolers as they explore their faith and develop their worldviews.

Kevin leads the high school with wisdom and compassion, preparing students not just for college, but for life. He challenges students to take ownership of their education, pursue excellence, and discover how God has uniquely gifted them. Kevin believes that high school is about formation, helping students become young men and women of integrity who are ready to serve Christ wherever He leads.
